1. Plug one end of the power cord into the main body's power outlet and connect the other end to a 220V AC power source; connect the footswitch to the footswitch jack, place the machine on a horizontal workbench, and then ground the body to prevent static electricity from being generated; first start the power supply and then use the board separator for operation.

2. Try to place the board to be cut and make sure that the components on the board do not interfere with the body of the machine as well as the upper and lower blades. If there is interference, see if it can be adjusted. If not, the tool will need to be readjusted. Redo etc. to comply and promptly notify the technician to adjust the blades or notify the supplier to dispose of the blades. (Adjust the height of the front and rear trays of the divider according to the height of the components on the in-line divider. The front tray is easy to work without fatigue, and the rear tray is easy without affecting normal operation.)

3. According to the length of the circuit board to be cut, select and press the corresponding sub-panel travel button, which can effectively reduce the length of the automatic cutter and improve the efficiency of the in-line depaneler.

4. Height adjustment of the upper blade: Adjust the height of the upper blade according to the thickness of the PCB board to be divided until it is adjusted to the best effect, and then place 0.1mm thick paper on the lower blade, and then slide the upper blade seat can be slid, and it is best to have clear, straight or even scratched traces on the paper; the circuit board enters the machine along the guide plate. Whether the blades can be cleanly separated depends on the proper spacing between the upper and lower blades, so the height of the point blades should be adjusted before the circuit board. Once the test cut is complete, tighten the adjustment knob set screws. Clamp the V-CUT slot of the PCB to be divided with two hands on the edge of the lower blade within the upper blade travel (no deflection) and perform the sub-panel operation with the foot switch.

5. Finally, adjust the speed of the in-line depaneler, which is divided into two speeds to be selected as required. The V-groove on the board is selected as the deeper speed, otherwise the slower speed is selected.

6. After completing the above adjustments, start working. Firstly, place the V-groove of the In-Line Splitter on the lower blade of the Board Splitter, and then step on the foot switch in order to execute the board splitting. Remember: the PCB will not move during the cutting process and the circular knife will slide to ensure that the electronic components of the substrate will not be damaged by the movement.
